We're Back...A Dj's Story
Saturday, Sep 4
It's been a long 3 months, but after some heated debates behind closed doors, corporate scandals, and a one month retreat in a sauna in Japan, DJ Broseph and myself have decided to renew the ever-popular Hard As A Rocktopus: the only hard rock show on campus guaranteed to make your hangover a lot worse.  So, you might be asking yourself, what new things are being placed on the table? First: NEW TIME. 12-2 PM every Saturday! Second: MORE BANDS. Elton John? Joe Satriani? Alice Cooper? Obscure local Cleveland bands from the 70s that only your Dad knows about? Yep, we got 'em and we'll make 'em fit in with the classic rock anthems you've come to love (or hate).  THIRD: POSSIBLE THEMES. We'll see where that goes.  So yea, tune in THIS SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 11 from 12-2 PM to hear the first show of the quarter. The playlist will be uploaded some time this week, and believe me, you will not be disappointed loyal listener. As Roy Scheider said, "We're gonna need a bigger boat."

Last Show For The Year
Friday, Jun 4
So after some inner deliberation and long sleepless nights, myself and DJ Broseph have decided to do one more Hard as a Rocktopus show before the end of the year.  Since we couldn't do the show last week due to the holiday weekend, my playlist for the first hour is going to be the same one that was posted for last week's show.  Make sure to tune in so you can get one last helping of good old-fashioned rock before the school year's over.

Oh, me and Broseph are also probably going to be doing another show for fall quarter.  I'll post up info whenever we figure out what we're going to do.

About DJ Griffs:
What can I say? I enjoy the simple things in life like the buffet at China King, shopping at CVS, destroying my legs on Jeff Hill, swearing when I run into a banana on Mario Kart, discovering good local music, selling appliances at K-Mart, listening to music, hanging out with good people, and playing catch with a deflated football. Oh, I guess I do the whole DJ'ing thing on occassion too.
