Asked about the difficulties posed by the pandemic that have impacted the band’s tour, Daniel said: “From a booking and tour perspective, everyone in the DIY scene is going on tour in March. Yeah. Everybody’s going on tour in April. It’s so crowded and it’s so hard to not only get a venue booked, but also to fight for people’s attention.”

In 2019, the band released their self-titled EP followed by their two most recent singles on Postcards titled “Yellowstone” and “Barnegat” which were released in 2021.

The band began their tour with a show at The Union on March 25, followed by a show at Cafe Bourbon in Columbus with Sparky & The Hills and Mezclado on March 26.  They are set to play The Comet in Cincinnati on March 28 and Armageddon Beach Party in Detroit with No Fun Club, dogsneeze and It doesn’t bother me on March 31.

When asked if they had any projects in the works, Sneakthief said: “We’re gonna play a couple new (songs) at the shows on tour. We’re really excited about that… Definitely some more singles in the works and hopefully a bigger, full length record in the future.”
