The compilation will only be available for purchase for 24 hours this Friday, also known as Bandcamp Friday, when the company on the first Friday of every month waives their revenue share to help support artists who have been affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.
Good Music to Ensure Safe Abortion Access to All will feature unreleased recordings that include new songs, covers, remixes, live versions, and demos. Its net proceeds will go towards the Brigid Alliance, a referral-based service that provides travel, food, lodging, childcare, and other logistical support for people seeking abortions.
The new project will also aid Noise for Now, which works with the Abortion Care Network to support independent abortion clinics.
