“Love You More” is an indie pop-rock single inspired by bands like the Pixies, Sonic Youth, and Hole. In a press-release, the band describes the track as a love song about loving imperfect bodies and deals with issues of self acceptance, depression, disaster capitalism and more rugged topics. Being recorded during their Social Lubrication sessions, the song is produced by Alice Go and Matthew Peel and mixed by the pair of Alan Moulder (Yeah Yeah Yeahs, The Killers) and Caesar Edmunds (Beach House, Wet Leg).
The band will kick off their U.S tour this friday in Brooklyn, New York at Brooklyn Made and will be playing across the U.S until September 21st. Starting in early October, Dream Wife will be traveling across the pond, announcing new dates for a UK/EU/IE tour playing throughout the fall and winter.
