Nathan Fielder’s highly anticipated series The Curse now has a release date. The show is set to have 10 episodes and will drop Friday, November 10 on Paramount+. An on-air premiere is slated for Sunday, November 12 via Showtime

The Curse is a co-production through Showtime and A24. It was directed by Fielder, as well as being a co-creator and co-writer with Benny Safdie. The executive producers of the show include Fielder, Dave McCary, Benny and Josh Safdie, Ali Herting, and notably Emma Stone, who stars in the series alongside Fielder.

Showtime released an official teaser trailer for the show, describing it as “genre-bending”, with the premise being about “an alleged curse [that] disturbs the relationship of a newly married couple as they try to conceive a child while co-starring in their new home-improvement show.”

The Curse was originally announced back in 2020, prior to the release of Fielder’s next major project The Rehearsal, which came out in 2022 and saw universal acclaim. Fielder has mostly kept quiet about his major works outside of executive producing How To with John Wilson, which ran from 2020 to 2023, and being a notable point of attraction on the jumbotron at a Mets game back in October of last year. The Rehearsal is also said to have a follow-up season in the works.
