Fans acted quickly to purchase their tickets, selling out most of the North American tour dates. After the album’s release on May 17, fans were very pleased both with the album and her song “CHIHIRO” which trended before the song even dropped.
For the tour’s breakout performance, Eilish appeared on a rather simplistic stage accompanied by digital lighting, pyrotechnics, and smoke. For this tour, it seems that Eilish is tackling the performance herself with no background dancers.
At one point, the audience was presented with something a bit new. Eilish appeared on stage with a Fender Telecaster playing the electric guitar part for her performance of “Happier Than Ever.” Eilish is usually accompanied by her brother FINNEAS but had to attack it solo this time. Surprising fans yet again for this tour, Eilish performed her part of “Guess” turning the entire stadium into a rave with green lighting and fog.
