This morning, the NY-based four-piece alternative rock band, Telescreens, released a new single titled “Nothing.” The quartet was formed in the final months of 2016 and is composed of Jackson Hamm (vocals/guitar), Austin Brenner (bass), Josiah Valerius (keys/synth) and Oliver Graf (drums). Telescreens is actively succeeding in combining genres like rock, jazz fusion and experimental to create a sound that is unconventional and entirely authentic to them. “Nothing” is a testament to that.

The new track is followed by 2 B-sides, “Gimme All You Got” and “Alcoholism.” This continues the band’s commitment to the unusual, using classic rock undertones with a modern flair. Telescreens recently signed with +1 Records, and “Nothing” is the first track to be born out of that collaboration. They have also released a music video for “Nothing”, directed by Jack Cohen and Monty Hamm, available to view now on YouTube.
Following this release, the band is preparing to embark on their 2025 tour, starting in Detroit, MI, on Oct. 30, and concluding in Montreal, QC, on Nov. 25. The run includes headline dates and support for Sir Chloe. Tickets are available for sale and can be purchased here.
